About me
PROFILE
My current research interests are power management for 2.5D/3D/heterogeneous integrated chiplets, heterogeneous integration of power devices and chiplets.
I am currently a postgraduate student in the School of Integrated Circuits at Southeast University(SEU) since the fall of 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Yarui Peng.
I received my Bachelor`s Degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Beijing Forestry University(BJFU), and my final year project “Research and Manufacture of Portable Data Acquisition Instrument based on STM32” won the Outstanding Undergraduate Graduation Design (Thesis) of Beijing Ordinary Colleges and Universities under the supervision of Prof. Yang Su.
