- Beijing Municipal Innovation Training Program "High-Speed Low-Power Flip-Flop Circuit Design for Smart Forestry Perception"
- Aimed to reduce the overall energy consumption of smart forestry facilities by optimizing flip-flop circuits within sensors, addressing the high power consumption caused by large-scale sensor deployment.
- Designed a novel pulsed flip-flop based on low-power and soft-edge techniques in flip-flop design.
- Responsible for developing a new low-power delay unit to replace traditional high-power inverter chains in flip-flops, and applied improved conditional capture flip-flop (imCCFF) to reduce power consumption caused by redundant flipping, optimizing component-level design.
